A place for the things we love.

JQJ is a little journal of everyday life, written together.

Quiet is a little room to notice. Joy is the small delight in an ordinary day. A journal gives it somewhere to stay. Jing · Qu · Ji and Journal of Quiet Joy tell the same story in two languages.

What belongs here?

Journal holds observations worth remembering. Finds is for objects, books, places and discoveries we love. Projects is for things made with care. An entry need not be long, and a project need not be perfect.

Written together. Read with care.

Write in Chinese, English, or both. Every submission is reviewed before publication, including new versions of published entries. We hope this stays a gentle, welcoming space for different lives.
